Description

Dhyaana Hatha Yoga classes offer teachings and the practices of Asana and Pranayama. Hatha yoga aims to use these practices to develop control of the body and breath, thus enabling control of the mind and energy. The classes are conducted by teachers trained under the Patanjali, Sivananda and Bihar School lineages. Dhyaana offers Hatha and Hatha vinyasa (flow) styles of yoga.
